18 Dec 2013. A new academy aimed at training IT professionals in cyber security has been launched.
The Cyber Security Academy, housed at Singapore Polytechnic, is the result of a deal with Ixia Asia-Pacific.
The five-day course gives students hands-on training in cyber security defences.
It is conducted jointly by Singapore Poly lecturers and Ixia, a company which specialises in IT security.
